Small Food Biz Bite – Catching Up With Persephone Bakery (VIDEO)

small business videoIn Handmade: How Eight Everyday People Became Artisan Food Entrepreneurs and Their Recipes For Success, I had the chance to interview Kevin and Ali Cohane who had, at that time, recently started up Persephone Bakery in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  It’s been about 18 months since I last talked to them and in the interim they’ve grown their business from what was mainly a wholesale operation combined with selling at farmers’ markets to a busy and beautiful storefront.  Check it out!
